Nissin's unique coolant cleaning device for honing combining a precision filter and a magnet separater.
Hole diameter is directly dsetected from above or below by a plug gauge. This helps to hone the hole to exactly the specified dimensions.
Measuring unit and the measuring control unit
Hole diameter is precisely measured with an air jet nozzle in the pre-honing, honing and post-honing stages. The measurements are computed by this measuring control unit and the resulting date are fed back to compensate to the honing unit.
Workpieces are automaitcally arranged and fed to the honing machine.
Loader equipment, the unloader equipment and the robot equipment
Workpieces arriving from a previous process or perts-feeder are automatically loaded and unloaded from the jig-fixture.
Pre-honing detection unit and the brushing unit
Pre-honing hole detection unit:
Holes to be honed are accepted or rejected by a olug gauge.
Brushing unit:
Pre-honing or honed holes are deburred with a wire brush.
Workpieces are automatically transferred between honing units; and circular, indexing, traverse, crossing and other paths are possible.
