The engine part for the car and the motorcycle

The "vehicles parts" of our company are mainly engine parts, such as a car and a motorcycle. Manufacture of vehicles parts was begun from October, 1959, 13 years after corporate foundation. Although sewing-machine parts were the main force those days, now, about 65% of our turn over is based on this vehicles part. Then, I do introduction of the vehicles parts which is main parts of our company.

  3. Valve flap

Since the vehicle parts of our company are mainly engine parts, it is hiding in the portion not attached to your eye usually. This is introduction of our works about vihicle parts.

It is main-force parts most in the vehicles parts of our company.
Engine compresses mixed fuel of entering into a cylinder, and power is generated with making it explode.

This part is used for OHV engine. In OHV, it is abbreviation of Over Head Valve, and the type which has a valve in the upper part of a cylinder head is said.
On the other hand, since not only a valve but the cam is locating in the upper part, it serves as OHC=Over Head Camshaft.

Since the cam of OHV type required for valve opening and closing is in the lower one unlike OHC type, the mechanism that a motion of the cam is told to a upside valve is required for it.

A valve flap is the parts used for the variable exhaust-port valve system of 2 cycle gasoline engine.
A valve flap is prepared in an exhaust-port part, and this moves up and down according to engine number of rotations.
The thing of aiming at the improvement in an output covering a low rotation region - quantity rotation region by changing the height of an exhaust port by the movement, and changing exhaust timing.
