Nissin Manufacturing Purchasing Policy
Our Purchasing Division conducts purchasing activities with all suppliers in accordance with the following basic policies, with the aim of the Nissin Group being a company that our stakeholders around the world can count on.

- We comply with laws, regulations, and social norms, and build trusted relationships with our suppliers.
- We provide all suppliers with fair opportunities and evaluate them fairly.

2. Specific initiatives of purchasing activities
We practice the following actions based on our basic purchasing activities above:
- We promote green purchasing activities to ensure a sustainable society.
- We select suppliers using criteria established by the Company, and we do not have any relationship with antisocial forces.
- We conduct a fair comparative evaluation of multiple suppliers and determine the optimal suppliers in procuring products and services.
- We strive to purchase materials that can be stably supplied in the required delivery time to ensure supply to the customer.
- We do not give or receive gifts or entertainment that exceed social norms, nor do we use our position or authority to receive unfair advantage from suppliers.

In developing our business, we are required to fulfill our social responsibility as a supply chain that includes our Company as well as our suppliers.
We ask that our suppliers comply with the following items:
