Fifth Action Plan for Next-generation Development Support

At Nissin, we have established the following action plan to continue to contribute to the local community through next-generation development support while providing an environment where employees can successfully balance work and child rearing.


Three-year period from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2023


Goal 1: Encourage male employees to take childcare leave.
In April 2020, we began distributing information on childcare leave to target male employees.

Goal 2: Promote the taking of annual paid leave to boost the acquisition rate for all employees to 65%.
In April 2020, we began checking the current acquisition rate of annual paid leave.
In April 2021, we began efforts to ensure that all employees are aware of the availability of paid leave.

Goal 3: Make efforts to provide career continuity support for employees taking childcare and caregiving leave.
In April 2020, we began planning our own distance learning system.
In April 2021, we began arranging distance learning for employees taking childcare and caregiving leave.

Establishing an Action Plan Based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace


Four-year period from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2023


To increase the ratio of female recruits to 30% or more during the above four-year period.
