We produce in-house jigs, inspection jigs, and cutting tools and build prototype order systems that include our business partners and cooperating companies to ensure quick delivery with total services from cutting to heat treatment, grinding, assembly, and quality assurance.

We use the Hermle C42 and C32 machining centers with high rigidity and performance.
We also use the high-speed, high-performance HSM 600U LP from GF Machining Solutions with the WorkPartner automation program.
We use the German-built EOS M 290 and Concept Laser M2 metal 3D printers. These mid-size systems use powder additive manufacturing with lasers, enabling us to create everything from prototype materials down to the final product using positive processing.
We are able to cut Inconel 718, Inconel 713C, MAR-M-247, and other hard-to-machine materials.
We apply our technology proven over many years as a Tier 1 company and the know-how accumulated from our long machining track record to the latest equipment. The result is high-precision, high-efficiency cutting.

What is InvoMilling?
