Announcement of Business Restructuring and Company Name Change
Nissin Manufacturing will transition to a new group management structure as of April 1, 2025, reorganizing into three business companies: NISSIN PREVO CO., LTD. for functional products business, NISSIN ProSOL CO., LTD. for production systems business, and NISSIN FULFIL CO., LTD. for medical business. Our company will change its name to NISSIN MANUFACTURING GROUP CO., LTD. as a holding company.
Since our founding in 1946 with sewing machine parts, we have expanded our business domains to mobility functional products and production systems specializing in internal hole finishing through our “technology of smoothness.” We position this restructuring as our third founding period and aim to be an “expected presence” even at our 100th anniversary 20 years from now by bringing together the collective wisdom of all group employees.
